This is a beautiful sterling silver pendant that has been fabricated and wire wrapped to encase one beautiful single rose cut garnet.

The history of garnet dates back to the Bronze Age, more than 5000 years ago. Its name, which has been used since these ancient times, was derived from the Latin word granatium, which means pomegranate.

Garnets are associated with the heart, blood, inner fire, and life force, garnets have long been considered symbols of love. Garnet symbolism also extends to friendship.
