This is an aventurine pendant topped with garnets. It is a Christmas tree design with a gold rutile quartz bead star and garnet ornaments on the side wrapped in copper wire.

Aventurine is a form of quartz, characterised by its translucency and the presence of platy mineral inclusions that give it a shimmering or glistening effect termed aventurescence.

These stones have been wrapped in copper wire. The wire has been oxidized, polished and sealed to give it that antiqued look.
